Why Host a Pulse League?

What would it mean to your business to have 14 new regular customers who come in every week? Aside from the direct financial gains – which amount to over $7,000/yr, by the way – these regulars bring their friends and come in to your place outside of their scheduled games.

Additionally, hosting a Pulse League helps you to cultivate a sense of community around your venue, and generate a unique atmosphere that can't be found with any of your competitors.

The bonus? We do the hard stuff, like marketing to new customers, reaching out to local groups and signing on the new clientele. Want a recap of the benefits?

  • Regular Customers
  • Increased Sales
  • Fun & Friendly Atmosphere
  • We Do The Heavy Lifting For You

What’s needed?

Hosting a Pulse League is quite simple, but there are still a few key things that'll need to be in place.

1. Table Tennis Table (Or the space to fit one)

A standard table is 9 ft (2.74m) long and 5ft (1.525m) wide, and we recommend at least 3 ft (1m) above and beyond in every direction. Competition can get heated! If you don't already have a table, we can work with you to help you get one.

2. Equipment

Luckily, bats and balls are not hard to come by these days. However, as our members are special to us, we like to treat them well so we highly suggest reserving some good quality bats and balls for them.

3. Staff Member Participation

It's important to get to know your regulars, and with these guys, the best way to do that is join the league yourself. Too busy? No worries. We can set up one of your staff members to be the venue admin in our app, which will have them be the point of contact for the players, instead of you. They'll also be able to set blackout dates for when your venue is closed or otherwise unavailable for the league players to come in for matches, and they'll be able to run the final tournament without your direct involvement.

In short, we have the systems in place to allow you to keep a league running smoothly at your location without the ongoing time commitment from you directly. But it is nonetheless imperative that someone on your staff be involved in order for the league to run smoothly.

And that's all there is to it!

We'd love to chat with you if you think you'd like to potentially host a league. Just fill out all the stuff on that form over there and we'll find some time to chat.
